The UPUA is required to hold all meeting open and advertised in advance as well as publish minutes and legislation (See Assembly Bylaws §§ 2.3.5, §4.10, and Constitution §§ 8.1.4). If there are questions or problems please contact UPUA Secretary Annie Fiscus [alf5143@psu.edu]
